About Us
Lee Kyson has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, currently carrying out the role of Party Wall Surveyor for either the Building Owner or Adjoining Owner; and assists with Construction Disputes. He can assist if you have a building dispute with your Contractor; or if you are a builder / contractor and have a dispute with your Client. He has 'hands on' experience of all works associated with party wall matters.
Lee has a MSc Construction Law and Dispute Resolution is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
