Fox Property Consultants are RICS Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers and are Regulated by the RICS. We are experienced in undertaking Homebuyers (Level 2) Surveys and Building Surveys (Level 3) as well as property valuations on a wide range of residential properties.

Our services include Homebuyers Surveys and Building Surveys, Probate or Inheritance Tax Valuations, Help to Buy Valuations, Shared Ownership Valuations, Matrimonial Valuations, Retrospective Valuations and RICS Red Book Valuations for any other purpose, such as SIPP Investments. We can also undertake Insurance Re-instatement Cost Assessments (RCA’s) for house or flat rebuilding insurance purposes.

We have over 20 years’ experience in the property industry and have a wide range of knowledge about the residential and commercial property market.

We operate throughout Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne, Broadstone, Ferndown, Dorset, Ringwood, New Milton, Canford Cliffs, Ashley Cross, Branksome Park, Queens Park, Winton, Charminster and The New Forest.

We act for a number of clients including Housing Associations, BCP Council, Buy to Let Investors as well as private individuals and investors. We are able to undertake property valuations for SIPP purposes. Our valuations report format is approved by the RICS to comply with pension funds, Help to Buy (Homes England) and the Family Court and County Court.
