Pridmore-Cox is an independent RICS Regulated Chartered Surveying and RICS Regulated Valuation Surveying practice covering Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, and North London.
We provide a prompt, friendly service at competitive rates for residential properties, specialising in RICS Scheme 3 Building Surveys, RICS Scheme 2 Homebuyer Reports and Red Book Valuations including Help to Buy, Probate, Equity Release and Matrimonial matters. We also provide our bespoke Building Survey Report and deal with Party Wall Awards as set out in the 1996 Party Wall etc Act.
