Baillie Jones started as a London-based practice in 1978 and Tim Edwyn-Jones opened the Shaftesbury office in the High Street 14 years ago.

The principal areas of activity cover:
- Surveys of residential and commercial buildings.
- Project management on restoration or new construction projects.
- Party Wall advice on building projects. Leasehold Reform advice on Lease extensions and Collective Enfranchisements.

Please note that we do not undertake residential valuations except those relating to lease extensions or enfranchisements
