About Us
We are a family run RICS Regulated Firm specialising in RICS Homebuyer reports, RICS Building Surveys and Private Valuations. With over 30 years experience in the industry we are RICS registered valuers (VRS).
Our Homebuyers and Building Surveys include inspection of the roof areas with a 7m telescopic pole which enables us to view and photograph areas of the roof, gutters and chimneys which are often not visible from ground level.
We also carry out our surveys using the latest iPad technology.
You will receive a same day telephone call following the survey and the report will usually be issued on the same day as the survey was carried out.
