Varsity Consulting Ltd is a Chartered Surveying firm, offering Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Employers Agent services.
Please note our service does not include residential surveys, homebuyers reports etc.

Varsity is a dynamic and adaptable small-medium sized firm. We keep our overheads low to offer a professional and personal service for a competitive fee.

We can deliver projects ranging from £500k to £100m. We specialise in education, commercial, office fit-out, leisure, multi-unit residential and decarbonisation. All our projects are delivered by Directors or Associates.
We are on several OJEU compliant frameworks and are able to be directly appointed by public sector clients.

Varsity’s clients have included local authorities including Southend City Council, Huntingdonshire District Council, Rochdale Borough Council, and East Herts District Council. Education clients including University of East Anglia, Cambridge Colleges, University of Hertfordshire, Colchester Institute and Braintree College. Tech companies such as Samsung and Roku. Framework providers including Alliance Leisure. As well as private residential developers.
In recent years we have delivered over a dozen decarbonisation projects including under the Public Sector Decarbonisation Programme, and we have an excellent grasp of how to deliver cost-effective sustainability on our projects.

Our focus is on successfully delivering QS, PM and EA services in a friendly, pro-active manner. We aim to be a Consultant that clients want to employ, architects and designers want to work with, and contractors want to work for.

We can manage your construction project from inception to completion; getting the team and budget right at the start, managing the programme, keeping the budget and design aligned, tendering the works, drawing up contracts, administering the contract, managing the costs of the works on site, and agreeing the final bill with the contractor. Through this process, we aim to save our clients the cost equivalent of our fee several times over.
