Valuation reports are provided for a variety of purposes such as Shared Ownership, Help to Buy Equity Loans (to Homes England), Matrimonial, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Pre-purchase valuations reports.

We have surveyors with the designation Registered Expert Witness and we can therefore assist with Single Joint Expert appointments for the Courts.
