About Us

Vale Property Consultants Ltd was founded in 2018 by company Director Matthew Wales, a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). With extensive experience throughout the UK he has worked with a range of clients and various sectors, including: Local Authorities, Fire and Police Services, MOD, Solicitors, Commercial Investors, Landlords and Tenants.

Now based and operating out bases in Penarth and Porthcawl, Vale Property Consultants Ltd provide a range of expert professional services, including pre-acquisition surveys, RICS Building and Homebuyer Surveys, defects inspections, expert witness, dilapidations, project management and party wall advice. We aim to provide exemplary service, commitment to delivering high-quality and accurate survey data to our clients with integrity, honesty, trust and value for money.
