The company was founded and is led by Andrew Christou BSc (Hons) MRICS, MFPWS MAE who is a chartered building surveyor, member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, and is also an Academy of Experts accredited expert. Working previously for Knight Frank, Savills and GBR Phoenix Beard, he has extensive experience in providing project and consultancy services across the above sectors for a wide range of clients.
