We are an independent firm of Surveyors & Valuers specialising in Residenial Valuations and Home Surveys (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Snagging Surveys) across the South of England with surveyors based from Berkshire and Hampshire covering the Home Counties. Valuation reports are provided for a variety of purposes such as Shared Ownership, Help to Buy Equity Loans (to Homes England), Matrimonial, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Pre-purchase valuations reports.

We have surveyors with the designation Registered Expert Witness and we can therefore assist with Single Joint Expert appointments for the Courts.
