We combine the latest technology with our expertise to provide you with an efficient, professional service with a personal touch. Our aim is to ensure you make a fully informed decision about what is likely to be the most expensive purchase you will ever make.

At Nest, our focus is on quality rather than quantity. We choose to undertake fewer surveys per week so that we have time to carry out thorough inspections and produce detailed jargon-free reports.

We utilise the latest technology, such as aerial camera drones and thermal imaging cameras, to carry out detailed inspections and produce enhanced reports with annotated photos.

Your surveyor will contact you after the survey has been carried out to give you a quick run-through of their findings and flag up any major issues, ahead of you receiving the full report. Should you have any questions following receipt of the full survey, the surveyor will be available to go through anything with you – all as part of the service. We understand that the house buying process can be incredibly stressful, and that’s why it pays to have a specialist and qualified surveyor in your corner to protect your interests.

We specialise in providing Level 2 & 3 Surveys, in addition to valuations for a range of purposes, including:
