About Us

Founded in 2013, all our Chartered Surveyors have a minimum of 20 years’ experience in their specific area of expertise. Founded originally in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, in 2017 the practice moved from a single office base, to a customer based practice which meant our Surveyors could serve a greater geographical area from their homes based near Reading, Oxford and of course Leighton Buzzard. In consequence we now cover all of Greater London, the wider Home Counties, all areas of the South and the Midlands.

As a practice of Chartered Building Surveyors, our expertise comprises understanding the building fabric, its construction, and the law of construction and property. As we do not value properties, our expertise purely focuses on your property and how to get the best from it.

In consequence, we support local authorities, developers, pension funds, solicitors, managing agents, portfolio holders and of course individual property owners of both commercial, residential and mixed-use properties. Our ‘Project’ services for construction projects ranges from £250,000 to £25M; our expert services include preparation of Court compliant documents, attendance in Court, in addition to preliminary reports for Litigation purposes.

We work with a range of Certified and Chartered Surveyors, Architects, Engineers and Contractors to deliver a range of services and projects which meet the needs of most property owners.
