At Pink Williams we specialise in pre-purchase residential building surveys and valuations of properties in London, Surrey and Kent. Our experienced chartered surveyors have in depth knowledge of the housing market in London and have years of experience in the area.

We understand how stressful it can be to buy a new property with solicitors, the mortgage and removals. We can help take away some of that stress and worry, by looking at your new home for you. All of our RICS Surveyors are local to you, as they work from their home address, our Head Office and Operations team are based in South London. Priding ourselves on providing a fast, reliable service, we deliver surveys to ensure you an easy path to purchase.

When purchasing a new home, most people want to know that the property they are buying is in reasonable condition for its age, and that the price they are paying is fair. At Pink Williams we can offer various levels of property survey and give valuation advice. Any survey will be carried out by a qualified RICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer.
