About Us
We are an RICS chartered surveying practice, providing residential surveying and valuations services to private clients. We cover all parts of the South of England. We specialise in Homebuyer Reports, Building Surveys, and Valuations with specific emphasis on listed buildings, period property and country estates.
We also work on more modern properties built after WW2 as well as specialists in auction houses and renovations. First time buyers will benefit from the knowledge and experience our surveyors offer as they are guided through the process of buying their new home.
We aim to return our survey reports within 48 hours and provide feedback on the day of inspection, we also offer a walk around service for free so you can talk with your surveyor at the property on the day of inspection. We provide tailored high-quality reports using a variety of equipment to assist us including pole cameras, thermo hygrometers, thermal imaging and include detailed photographs, schedule of budget costs, expert guidance and after care advice as standard.
