We are a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, RICS Registered Valuers and Chartered Building Engineers.
At Hamblin Sullivan Associates, we provide pre-purchase Building Surveys, RICS Homebuyers Reports, Specific Defects Reports (including advice on damp, subsidence, roofs and sprayed foam issues), Party Wall advice and RICS compliant Market Valuation Reports for Capital Gains Tax purposes, Help to Buy, Inheritance Tax, redemption of the Help to Buy loans and matrimonial purposes.
We also specialise in surveys on Listed and Historic Buildings and provide advice on defect diagnosis and remedial works on such buildings. We are also supporters of the Institute of Historic Building and Conservation.
From our office in St Albans, our coverage extends to Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford, Redborne, Hatfield, Watford, North London, and the surrounding areas.
