With over 25 years of experience in residential property, Moore Than Surveyors Limited offer a full range of survey and valuation services in Staffordshire, Derbyshire and the West Midlands.

Services include surveys for home buyers, Level 1 (condition Report) survey, Level 2 (homebuyers report) survey, valuations for Help to Buy, shared ownership, matrimonial and probate as well as insurance and reinstatement valuations and the production of Energy Performance Certificates.

Coming from a sales background, customer service is at the heart of the organisation, promising speedy response, comprehensive inspection, report production within three days of inspection and availability for discussions after the report has been produced.

Combined with a wealth of experience as domestic energy assessors, we are able to offer advice and guidance on a multitude of matters concerning energy efficiency in buildings and the implementation of energy saving improvements.
