Find a Surveyor ('the Service') is supplied by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, ‘we’ or ‘us’) whose principal place of business is at 12 Great George Street, Parliament Square, London SW1P 3AD.
The Service contains materials, documents and information ('Materials') from many sources and contributors, including surveying firm(s) (‘Surveying Firms’) and/or professionals (‘Surveying Professional(s)’) and is updated by RICS from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using the Service offered through our Find a Surveyor website (the ‘Website’), you will be bound by and subject to these terms and conditions and the RICS website terms and conditions at www.rics.org/terms (collectively the ‘Terms and Conditions’). In the event of any conflict between these two sets of terms, these terms and conditions shall take precedence. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should not use or access this Service.

We recommend that before entering into a contract with any Surveying Firm(s) and/or Surveying Professional(s), you obtain confirmation of insurance cover, guarantees, qualifications and any other necessary documentation.
Your interactions with Surveying Firm(s) and/or Surveying Professional(s) found through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other contractual terms associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organisations and/or individuals.
You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings, nor are we responsible for any work carried out by Surveying Firm(s) and/or Surveying Professional(s) found through the Service. In the event of any dispute between yourself and a Surveying Firm(s) and/or Surveying Professional(s), you understand and agree that we are under no obligation to become involved.
